ORDERING ONLINE, HOLDS & LAYAWAY:
You may put down 25% of the cost of the animal or animals to put a hold on it. Holds are valid until 3 weeks(21 consecutive days) after holding, and the down payment is non-refundable. Payments are to be made regularly as agreed upon by Seller and Buyer. After 21 days, the animal must be paid for in full, unless otherwise agreed upon by Seller and Buyer, or the hold is canceled and the animal is put back up for sale.
Animals will be kept that are paid in full until the weather is shipping-appropriate at no extra cost. Animals paid in full can be held as long as it takes for the weather on both ends to be in the approved ranges.
Paypal, cash, money orders, or personal checks accepted. All transactions must be completed before the package is shipped and animals sent out. Shipping costs generally range from $65-75 and is not included in the listed price of any animal unless specified. Contact us for an accurate shipping quote.
Local pickup is an option at 1068 State Avenue Marysville WA 98270 during posted business hours.
Temperatures must range between 50-75 degrees Fahrenheit to ship. Animals will be shipped to a UPS/FedEx hub. Packages will be shipped next-day air/priority overnight, Monday through Wednesday. We are not responsible for carrier shipping delays. As soon as the animal is shipped out, we will contact you immediately with the tracking number. Buyers must contact us within 1 hour of delivery upon receiving the animal or any health guarantee is void.
We offer a one-week health guarantee on all shipped animals. We guarantee that our animals will arrive alive and healthy if there is someone to receive the package upon delivery. If there is no one present to accept the package at first delivery attempt, the guarantee is void. Once an animal is in your hands it is up to you to take proper care of and have correct husbandry for continued health of the animal.
If your animal is dead(DOA) on arrival and Buyer was there to receive the package at delivery, you must contact us within 1 hour of the package's arrival, and provide photographic evidence within 24 hours. You will receive a refund of the cost of the animal, or a similar replacement may be sent to you(at our discretion, and your consent). Shipping will not be refunded.
It is your responsibility to take proper care of your new pet once it is in your hands. If you do not meet your pet's needs by providing for its species-specific requirements and parameters, or skip on a standard quarantine procedure(2 week settling and observation period), all guarantees are void and there will be no refund. Our primary concern is and will always be the animal's health and happiness.
